Kalpbodhi Mindfulness is a sacred path of awakening rooted in the ancient and profound tradition of Shaivism. We offer a living wisdom stream that helps individuals reconnect with their true Self — Shiva — through structured, experiential, and deeply meditative practices.
At Kalpbodhi, mindfulness is not a technique, it is a state of being. Through a fusion of traditional Shaiva sadhana and practical spiritual tools, we guide seekers into direct experience — where silence becomes sacred, awareness becomes the teacher, and life itself becomes a meditation.
Our Vision
Founded by Avigya, Kalpbodhi Mindfulness is dedicated to those who are willing to walk the path of inner mastery, authentic discipline, and graceful surrender. We honour the body as a temple, the breath as a bridge, and each moment as an opportunity to awaken.
The Seven-Fold Shaiva Sadhana
Our core teachings are structured around the Seven-Fold Shaiva Sadhana, a progressive spiritual framework designed to align the practitioner’s body, energy, mind, and consciousness with the Supreme:
-
1. Sharir Sadhana (Body Discipline)
Purifying and disciplining the body through yogic postures, natural routines, diet alignment, and restful awareness. The body is not denied but honoured as a vehicle of awakening. -
2. Pran Sadhana (Energy Work)
Working with breath, subtle energies, and pranic alignment to awaken dormant energy centers and restore vibrational balance within the system. -
3. Mann Sadhana (Mind Training)
Cultivating mental silence, clarity, and focus through meditation, introspection, and the mindful dissolving of conditioned thought patterns. -
4. Bodh Sadhana (Awareness Expansion)
Developing pure awareness beyond the mind through self-inquiry, inner witnessing, and meditative observation. This sadhana unveils the inner Shiva — the observer behind all experiences. -
5. Tattva Sadhana (Elemental Mastery)
Reconnecting with the five elements and universal forces through meditative rituals, nature practices, and vibrational alignment with the cosmos. -
6. Anugrah Sadhana (Graceful Surrender)
Cultivating devotion, humility, and surrender to the higher self. Letting go of egoic control and aligning with the flow of divine grace. -
7. Shivoham Sadhana (Self-Realization)
The final realization that I am Shiva — pure consciousness, unchanging awareness, and eternal bliss. This is the culmination of all sadhanas, where the seeker and the sought become one.
