The item(s) must be in their original, unused condition. Include the Original Product Certificate along with the Original or a Copy of the Invoice. Return the item(s) in their original packaging.

Include any accompanying documentation or accessories provided with the product. If you decide to return a parcel, a courier charge of Rs 150 will be deducted from your refund. If you ordered a charged bracelet, the courier charges and the charging cost of the bracelet will be deducted from your refund. According to our return policy, any issues with the product(s) must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. After 24 hours, we will not accept returns.

If you request a refund for a gemstone after opening its sealed packaging, we reserve the right to deduct an amount ranging from 350 to 1500 INR. To avoid this deduction, you must return the item with an authenticity certificate from a nearby government-approved laboratory. In cases of multiple payments against the same order, a full refund will be issued, excluding any transaction charges on duplicate payments. The cost of the singular order will be retained.
