Return Policy:
1. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with the Original Product Certificate, and the Original or a Copy of the Invoice.
2. The return should include the original packaging and any accompanying documentation or accessories provided with the product.
3. A courier charge of Rs 150 will be deducted from the refund for general returns; for charged bracelets, both courier charges and charging costs will be deducted.
4. Any issues with the product(s) must be reported within 24 hours of delivery as per our return policy.
5. Multiple payments against the same order will be fully refunded, excluding transaction charges on duplicate payments, with the cost of the singular order retained.
6. Damaged or improperly used items are not covered under our Returns and Replacement Policy.
7. We conduct thorough quality checks and secure packaging, but if you receive a damaged item, contact our customer support for return or replacement assistance.
8. Refunds are issued promptly after inspection and approval.
9. We are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction and addressing concerns related to product quality.
